About the role
Assisting in creating a culture of accountability and integrity, the Second in Charge (2IC) is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the store’s operational efficiency and its employees. With the tools and resources to exceed set goals, you will focus on quality coffee and customer experience, you will strive to exceed expectations and go above and beyond to ensure the customer receives the best of what Merlo Coffee has to offer.
We are currently seeking to fill 2IC positions at our University of Queensland, St Lucia & Eagle Farm locations
